Terms and Conditions:
1) Each performer gets a fixed time (usually 6 minutes). Exceeding the time may result in disturbance of your performance, so come prepared according to time limits. In case you want to perform for more than 6 minutes, we give you a flexibility to book 2/3 spots and perform for 12/18 minutes respectively. Spots more than 18 minutes aren't allowed at all in open mics.
2) No hate speech, direct political propaganda, religious offence, or obscene/abusive content allowed. The organizer holds the right to stop the performance if it violates community standards and no refund will be given in such case.
3) You can perform your content in Hindi, English, or a mix.
4) The event may be photographed. By participating, you allow us to use your photos for promotional purposes.
5) If you have opted for a recorded video of your performance and your content includes anything offensive, hateful, or hurtful (as judged by the organizer/host), we reserve the full right to cancel the video delivery. In such cases, video recording fee will not be refunded, and future performance opportunities at Buddy On Stage may be affected.
6) If you do not show up at the venue on time, your slot may be given to someone else. No refunds.
7) Organizer holds the right to change the line-up, timing, or cancel the event due to unforeseen reasons. Efforts will be made to inform in advance.
8) Respect other performers. Avoid unnecessary heckling or interruptions.
9) The host or organizer may request anyone to leave for misconduct.
10) Slots or tickets once booked are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer.
11) If you’re coming from outside Delhi, travel/stay expenses are on you. In case of cancellation from our side, only your ticket fee will be refunded—not your travel/accommodation cost.
